What to include

• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• The site name and the status you saw, if it is about a result.
• Your browser and device, if something looked broken.

Report a wrong result

Every result has a Report wrong result flag button (). It opens a prefilled email with the site, the status and the profile link, so you only need to say what is wrong, for example "Found, but the profile does not exist". Reports help us fix the detection rules.

Privacy

We don't need the username you searched to help you. It only reaches us if you include it in your email (the report button puts it in the prefilled text, so delete it if you prefer). We use your email only to reply. See the privacy policy.

Security

To report a security issue, email the same address. Our security.txt lists the contact details.
